Welcome to our Lake Tahoe Treehouse

We call it our Tahoe Treehouse. It's a three bedroom, 1 bath + 2 half bath residence in the Mountain Shadows complex at Incline Village, Nevada. The condo sleeps up to 8 people. There is a master king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

One night FREE with a 7 night rental, excluding holidays.

Major Holidays: $200 per night with a 3 night minimum:

All reservations require a non-refundable $125 cleaning fee and a refundable $400 deposit.

Personal checks accepted. Credit cards are processed via PayPal and require a 3% fee.

Non-reserved parking lot for up to two vehicles. Sorry, no pets.

* Deposit and Final Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total rent for rentals more than 4 days, or 1 night's rent for rentals of 4 days or less, is due to us to confirm your reservation. Payments may be made by check. All deposits must be received within 7 days of the booking date. Final payment on the reservation is due 45 days prior to arrival. If arrival is less than 45 days from the booking date, final payment will be due immediately.

* Security & Cleaning Deposits
As renters, you agree to assume responsibility for any damage that has occurred during your visit to the condo and adjacent common areas. A deposit of $400 is required with final payment as a security deposit towards any damages, lost keys or remotes, extra cleaning needed or unpaid obligations you may incur. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $125 is also required with final payment.

* Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email and acknowledged by us.
30 days prior to arrival date: Full refund of deposit.
14-29 days prior to arrival date: Forfeit deposit.
14 days or less: Forfeit entire amount of stay except security and cleaning deposits.

* Weather Consideration
We will not be held responsible for guests' inability to meet the reservation date and time for check-in. Winter weather conditions may cause highway closures, flight delays or cancellations. Any and all circumstances outside the control of the owner will not be reasons for a refund or credit.
